1. What type of events do you cater for?

We cater for many types of events such as Weddings, Private Parties, Themed Events

2. How do I hire a prop from Creative Imagineering?

Browse our online catalog add your desired props to your wish list and submit them and we will do the rest. Alturnitively call us, email us or use the contact form on our contact us page.

3. How much do props cost to hire?

Please contact us for a very competitive quote. For hire, we require the balance settled prior to the hire. For more information check our Terms and Conditions page.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

Our preferred method of payment is bank transfer. However we also accept Paypal, Cash and Cheque. We can also accept cards onsite at our offices.

5. Can I hire props outside of the North East, North Yorkshire and Teesside?

Yes! Just contact us for a quote on hire and delivery options.

6. Do you deliver?

Yes we deliver We recommend using your own transport for collection and returns as this is the most cost effective. If this is not possible, we can recommend couriers.

7. Where are you located?

We are located on the Kirkleatham Business Park just off the A174 with close links to the A19 and A66. On the North East coast town of Redcar just on the outskirts of Middlesbrough within Teesside. 8. What happens if I lose or damage an item?

The full cost of the item will be paid by yourself to cover it’s replacement. You are advised to consider taking out insurance to cover the props and damage.

9. Can I extend the hire period?

Yes! Please contact us the day before the prop is due for return. Late returns of props will be charged on a daily basis, until they are returned.

10. I’ve spotted something in a photo not listed. Is it for hire?

More then likely, yes! There are many items, not all listed, so if you have a request please contact us

11. Can you support my charity event?

We are approached quite often asking for us support for various different charities. Creative Imagineering would love to help every charity however this just isn’t possible. That’s what we have decided to choose two charities per year to support. The year runs from 1st April to 31st March and the current year’s charities are listed. If you would like to be considered for a following year please contact us and we will consider your request when making our decision on who to support for that particular year.

12. What insurance do you have?

Creative Imagineering holds a £5 million public liability cover for our events. You can download a copy of our insurance certificate here all of our electrical items are PAT tested and you can download a copy of the PAT test certificate for the illuminated LOVE, MR&MRS and Love Heart Arch here.
